Lawmakers Raymond Wong, Albert Chan and “Long Hair” Leung Kwok-hung are staging a filibuster for and on behalf of Hongkongers to block the egregious （極壞的）and unconstitutional （不合憲的）by-election bill, which is designed to deprive Hongkongers of the right to elect whom they want to speak for them.
